OPSWRO is Now a Microsoft Partner — Microsoft 365, Azure & Windows Server in Poland
We've partnered with Microsoft. Microsoft 365 deployment, Azure, Windows Server, Entra ID, Intune, CSP licensing and IT support for businesses.
As of March 2026, we are an official Microsoft partner in Poland. This is a natural consequence of what we’ve been doing for years — managing client IT infrastructure, deploying Microsoft 365, administering Windows Server and Active Directory. Now we deliver it with full vendor support and direct licensing.
🤝 What Does the Microsoft Partnership Mean?
The Microsoft Partner Program is a global program where Microsoft certifies companies for licensing, implementation, and technical support. As a Microsoft partner, we have:
- Authorized CSP partner status — selling Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server licenses at competitive prices
- Access to Microsoft resources — priority technical support, training materials, product roadmap
- Certified competencies — implementations aligned with Microsoft best practices
- Flexible licensing model — monthly CSP subscriptions instead of multi-year contracts
💡 Why Microsoft?
Microsoft is the market leader in business productivity, public cloud, and enterprise operating systems. Microsoft 365 is the standard for communication and collaboration — Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive. Azure is the second-largest public cloud in the world. Windows Server and Active Directory are the foundation of most enterprise IT infrastructure.
For our clients, the difference is tangible:
| Aspect | Without a Microsoft Partner | With OPSWRO as Partner |
|---|---|---|
| Licensing | Direct from Microsoft, no support | CSP with advisory and cost optimization |
| M365 deployment | Self-configuration | Full deployment with data migration |
| Security | Default settings | Hardening, Conditional Access, MFA |
| Device management | Manual, one by one | Intune — centralized, automatic |
| Support | Microsoft helpdesk (queues, generic) | Dedicated support in your language |
This isn’t a matter of preference — it’s a matter of operational efficiency and security. Self-configuring Microsoft 365 with default settings is an invitation to security issues and untapped platform potential.
🔧 What We Offer as a Microsoft Partner
1. Microsoft 365 — Deployment & Administration
Microsoft 365 is not “just email.” It’s a platform for productivity, communication, and security. We deploy and manage:
- Exchange Online — professional business email with custom domain
- Microsoft Teams — communication, video conferencing, project channels
- SharePoint Online — intranet, documentation, workflows
- OneDrive for Business — secure file storage with synchronization
- Microsoft 365 Apps — Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook on all devices
Data migration: We migrate email, files, and calendars from any source:
- Google Workspace → Microsoft 365
- On-premise Exchange → Exchange Online
- Other mail servers (Postfix, Zimbra, hMailServer)
- Local files → SharePoint / OneDrive
Zero downtime. Full preservation of email history and folder structure.
2. Microsoft Azure
Azure is the public cloud for businesses that need scalable infrastructure without hardware investment. We deploy and manage:
- Virtual Machines — Windows Server and Linux on Azure
- Azure Virtual Desktop — remote work from anywhere
- Azure Backup — cloud backup for servers and data
- Azure Site Recovery — disaster recovery with automatic failover
- Hybrid Cloud — on-premise to Azure integration (Azure Arc, VPN, ExpressRoute)
For companies already running Kubernetes, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) is a natural step toward a managed container platform in the cloud.
3. Windows Server & Active Directory
Windows Server and Active Directory are the backbone of most enterprise IT. We deploy, administer, and modernize:
- Active Directory Domain Services — user, group, and GPO management
- Windows Server 2022/2025 — installation, hardening, updates
- DNS, DHCP, Group Policy — core network services
- File Server — network shares with NTFS permissions and DFS
- Print Server — centralized printer management
We modernize legacy environments — migration from Windows Server 2012/2016 to newer versions, AD domain consolidation, cleanup of inactive GPO objects.
4. Entra ID & Identity Management
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) is modern cloud identity management. We implement:
- Entra ID Connect — synchronization of on-premise AD with the cloud
- Single Sign-On (SSO) — one login for all applications
- Conditional Access — access policies based on location, device, risk level
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) — mandatory for all users
- Privileged Identity Management (PIM) — privileged account governance
Zero Trust isn’t a buzzword — it’s the security model we deploy as standard. Every access is verified, every session monitored.
5. Intune & Device Management
Microsoft Intune provides centralized management for corporate devices — laptops, phones, tablets. We deploy:
- Autopilot — automatic configuration of new devices out of the box
- Compliance policies — enforcing PIN, encryption, updates
- App deployment — remote application installation and updates
- Conditional Access with Intune — corporate data access only from managed devices
- BYOD — secure use of personal devices for work
No more manual configuration of every laptop. A new employee gets a device, signs in with their corporate account — and everything is ready in minutes.
6. CSP Licensing & Cost Optimization
As a CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) partner, we offer Microsoft licenses in a flexible monthly model:
- Microsoft 365 Business — Basic, Standard, Premium
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise — E3, E5
- Azure subscriptions — pay-as-you-go with monthly billing
- Windows Server — subscription licensing
- Add-ons — Defender for Business, Copilot, Power BI Pro, Visio, Project
Cost optimization: We regularly audit client licenses. We check whether every user has a plan matched to their actual needs. Switching from E5 to E3 for 50 people can save tens of thousands annually.
📊 Our Microsoft Experience in Numbers
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Years working with Microsoft technologies | 10+ |
| M365 users under management | 500+ |
| Support availability | 24/7/365 |
| Downtime during M365 migrations | 0 |
These aren’t marketing claims — these are parameters proven in daily work with clients.
🎯 Who Is This For?
The Microsoft partnership allows us to serve a wide range of needs:
- Companies starting with Microsoft 365 — full deployment from scratch, migration from Google Workspace or on-premise Exchange
- Organizations with unhardened M365 — security audit, Conditional Access, MFA, Defender implementation
- Companies with outdated Active Directory — AD modernization, migration to Entra ID, GPO cleanup
- IT teams without device management — Intune deployment, Autopilot, centralized management
- Enterprises with redundant licenses — cost optimization, CSP license audit
- Organizations planning cloud migration — Azure, Hybrid Cloud, Azure Virtual Desktop
🔐 Why Not “Just Licenses”?
You can buy Microsoft licenses directly from Microsoft. But that’s like buying a car without a mechanic — it’ll sit in the garage with default settings.
- We don’t sell licenses — we deliver functionality. Clients don’t have to configure Conditional Access, Intune policies, or SharePoint themselves. We do it for them.
- We integrate Microsoft with the rest of the infrastructure. M365 backup (with Veeam), CI/CD on Azure (with GitLab), monitoring, alerting — Microsoft is part of the ecosystem, not a separate silo.
- We’re responsible for security. Hardening, MFA, Conditional Access, regular audits. If an account is compromised — that’s our problem, not the client’s.
