OPSWRO is Now a Red Hat Partner — RHEL, OpenShift & Ansible in Poland

We've partnered with Red Hat. RHEL implementation, OpenShift Container Platform, Ansible Automation Platform, CentOS migration, subscriptions and enterprise Linux support.

As of March 2026, we are an official Red Hat partner in Poland. This is a natural consequence of what we’ve been doing for years — managing Linux infrastructure, deploying Kubernetes, automating IT operations with Ansible. Now we deliver it with Red Hat technology and support.

🤝 What Does the Red Hat Partnership Mean?

The Red Hat Partner Program is a global program where Red Hat certifies companies for subscription resale, implementation, and technical support. As a Red Hat partner, we have:

  • Access to the Red Hat ecosystem — subscriptions, training, certifications, technical materials and product roadmap
  • Authorized reseller status — RHEL, OpenShift, and Ansible subscriptions at competitive prices
  • Priority vendor support — escalation to Red Hat, access to knowledge base and partner portal
  • Certified competencies — implementations aligned with Red Hat reference architectures

💡 Why Red Hat?

Red Hat is the market leader in enterprise Linux and container platforms. RHEL runs in over 90% of Fortune 500 companies. OpenShift is the most popular enterprise Kubernetes platform. Ansible is the de facto standard for IT automation.

For our clients, the difference is tangible:

AspectFree Linux / vanilla K8sRed Hat Ecosystem
Vendor supportNone — community onlySLA, priority patches, 10-year lifecycle
SecurityDIY patchingRed Hat Security Advisories, Insights
CertificationNoneHardware and software certification
KubernetesManual configuration of many componentsOpenShift — production-ready
AutomationBash scripts, ad hocAnsible Automation Platform — enterprise-grade
ComplianceManual auditsOpenSCAP, compliance-as-code

This is not a matter of preference. It’s a matter of operational risk. In production, free Linux without an SLA is a ticking time bomb. Red Hat guarantees that when a critical vulnerability appears, the patch arrives in hours, not weeks.

🔧 What We Offer as a Red Hat Partner

1. Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

RHEL is the foundation of enterprise infrastructure. We implement and manage RHEL in production environments with full hardening, monitoring, and automated patching.

What we deliver:

  • RHEL 8/9 installation and configuration — bare metal, VM, cloud
  • Hardening according to CIS Benchmark and STIG
  • Red Hat Satellite — centralized server, patch, and subscription management
  • Red Hat Insights — proactive risk analysis, security and performance recommendations
  • Active Directory / LDAP / IdM integration

RHEL is not “just another Linux”. It’s a system with a guaranteed lifecycle of up to 10 years, hardware certification from Dell, HP, Lenovo, and software certification from Oracle, SAP, IBM.

2. OpenShift Container Platform

OpenShift is Kubernetes with a full production ecosystem — built-in CI/CD (Tekton Pipelines), image registry, monitoring (Prometheus/Grafana), service mesh (Istio/Envoy), user management, and advanced security.

We deploy OpenShift in three models:

  • On-premise — dedicated servers, full data control
  • Cloud — ROSA (AWS), ARO (Azure), OSD (GCP)
  • Hybrid — single management, multiple environments

For companies that have already deployed Kubernetes and want to go further — OpenShift eliminates the need to maintain dozens of components yourself (Ingress, cert-manager, monitoring, RBAC, registry…). You get it out-of-the-box, with Red Hat support.

3. Ansible Automation Platform

Ansible is our bread and butter in daily infrastructure work. As a Red Hat partner, we formally extend this scope to the full Ansible Automation Platform — an enterprise-grade IT automation solution at scale.

What we automate:

  • Provisioning — creating servers, VMs, containers from a single playbook
  • Configuration management — consistent configuration state across hundreds of servers
  • Deployment — rolling updates, blue-green, canary releases
  • Compliance-as-code — automated security policy compliance checks
  • Event-Driven Ansible — automatic response to monitoring events

Ansible Automation Controller (formerly Tower) provides dashboards, RBAC, auditing, and API integration — everything you need to make automation manageable across your organization.

4. CentOS to RHEL Migration

CentOS Linux 7 reached end of life on June 30, 2024. CentOS Stream is a rolling release that isn’t suitable for production in many organizations. We migrate CentOS servers to RHEL without reinstallation, using the convert2rhel tool.

How we do it:

  • Audit of existing CentOS servers — packages, configuration, dependencies
  • convert2rhel — in-place migration without system reinstallation
  • Application and service validation after migration
  • Connection to Red Hat Satellite / Subscription Manager
  • Optional: RHEL 7 → 8 → 9 upgrade with Leapp
SourceTargetMethod
CentOS 7RHEL 7/8/9convert2rhel + Leapp
CentOS 8RHEL 8/9convert2rhel
CentOS Stream 8/9RHEL 8/9convert2rhel
Oracle Linux 7/8RHEL 7/8convert2rhel
Alma/Rocky LinuxRHEL 8/9convert2rhel

Every migration with minimal or zero downtime. We preserve existing configuration, applications, and data.

5. Red Hat Subscriptions

As an authorized reseller, we help select and manage Red Hat subscriptions:

  • RHEL — Server, Workstation, Developer
  • OpenShift — Platform Plus, Kubernetes Engine
  • Ansible — Automation Platform, Event-Driven Ansible
  • Satellite — infrastructure management
  • Support levels — Standard (business hours) vs Premium (24/7)

We optimize licensing costs and ensure you’re paying for what you actually use. We handle renewals and help with expansions.

6. Linux Support & Administration 24/7

Backup that nobody monitors doesn’t exist. Linux that nobody patches is an open invitation for attackers. That’s why we offer ongoing administration:

  • 24/7 monitoring — Prometheus, Grafana, alerting to Slack/PagerDuty
  • Patching & updates — automated maintenance windows, staging testing
  • Troubleshooting — root cause analysis, incident response
  • Security hardening — regular audits according to CIS Benchmark
  • Reporting — monthly SLA, uptime, and security posture reports

🎯 Who Is This For?

The Red Hat partnership enables us to serve a wider range of needs:

  • Companies running CentOS in production — CentOS end of life isn’t a “someday” topic, it’s a problem now. Migration to RHEL is safe, fast, and doesn’t require reinstallation
  • Organizations deploying containers — OpenShift is enterprise Kubernetes with full support. If vanilla K8s requires too much maintenance — OpenShift is the answer
  • DevOps teams seeking automation — Ansible Automation Platform scales automation from “quick scripts” to a manageable platform
  • Companies needing regulatory compliance — NIS2, GDPR, PCI-DSS — Red Hat provides compliance tools and certifications
  • Organizations seeking a single Linux vendor — subscriptions + implementation + administration + support from one partner

🔐 Why Not “Just Linux”?

Linux is a kernel. Red Hat is an ecosystem. The difference is fundamental:

  1. We don’t install systems — we build infrastructure. RHEL + Satellite + Insights is a management platform, not a collection of machines with individual setups.
  2. We integrate Linux with the rest of the stack. Kubernetes (OpenShift), CI/CD (GitLab), monitoring, automation (Ansible) — Linux is part of an ecosystem, not a separate silo.
  3. We’re accountable for results. SLA, regular patching, security audits, compliance reports. If a server is unpatched — that’s our problem, not the client’s.
