Do you work remotely and outside Wrocław?
Yes. We manage infrastructure for clients across Poland and internationally (Germany, UK, USA). We work in both Polish and English, over secure VPN connections and encrypted communication channels.
Do you offer SLA with an uptime guarantee?
Yes — for clients on a retainer contract we provide a formal SLA. Monitoring and alerting run 24/7; the engineer response time is set in the contract — from 15 minutes for critical incidents within the agreed SLA hours, with up to 99.9% uptime. If we miss the agreed response time, we credit that month's fee (SLA credit). Parameters and the support window are tailored to the criticality of each system.
