How much does managed IT support cost?

Monthly retainers start from 500 PLN net per month — the price depends on the number of employees, devices, and the agreed response time. A one-off IT audit starts from 1,500 PLN, and project work (e.g. new office network, email migration) from 3,000 PLN. The first consultation is free and non-binding.

How quickly do you respond to issues?

Our standard response is 4 business hours. Retainer agreements include a guaranteed response time — for critical issues as fast as 15 minutes within the agreed SLA hours. Monitoring and alerting run 24/7 and often detect problems before your staff even notices them. If we miss the agreed response time, we credit that month's fee (SLA credit).

Do we need to hire an in-house IT person?

No — we replace a full-time IT employee across the board: employee support, computers and servers, networking, security, and hardware procurement. For companies that already have internal IT, we work as second-line support or take on specific projects.

Do you only serve businesses in Wrocław?

Our office is in Wrocław, Poland, and we also offer on-site support there (office visits, hardware installation). Companies across Poland are served remotely — in practice, most tickets are resolved remotely, usually within minutes.

What if we already have a contract with another IT provider?

We handle the transition smoothly: we inventory your hardware and access credentials, take over existing documentation (or create it from scratch when it's missing), and agree on a handover period. Your staff get a single number and a single address for all support requests.

Do you require long-term contracts?
