Onboarding to start (one-off): inventory, monitoring setup, access configuration and documentation. For 1–5 seats it's minimal or waived when you sign up; full onboarding (from 800 PLN) applies only to larger or complex environments. Billed separately: projects and deployments (per the packages below), hardware and licences, hours beyond the included pool (at the plan rate).

Need help once a quarter? Call ad-hoc (helpdesk 180 PLN/h) — we won't push a plan on you. Managed care pays off when you want monitoring, a guaranteed response and a lower hourly rate.

FAQ

Questions about pricing and billing

Why do you have different hourly rates?

Because an hour of work is worth as much as the skill it requires. A password reset or printer fix (helpdesk) does not cost the same as designing a Kubernetes cluster (DevOps). You pay for what you actually need — not one averaged rate for everything.

Do I pay both the audit (1,500) and onboarding (800)?

No. These are two different situations. An opening audit (from 1,500 PLN) is a one-off assessment — when you want a diagnosis before deciding or before a project. Onboarding (from 800 PLN) is your entry into a plan and already includes the environment inventory. If you move into managed care, you pay onboarding — not the audit. We never charge both for the same work.

What exactly is included in a plan?

A plan gives you 24/7 monitoring, a dedicated engineer, a guaranteed response time and a pool of support hours included (2h on Start, 6h on Business). The Business tier also adds regular server and network administration. Hours beyond the pool are billed at the plan rate (lower than ad-hoc), and projects, hardware and licences are billed separately. See the full breakdown in the table above.

What is "DevOps on demand"?

It is ongoing access to our DevOps team without hiring an engineer full-time. We bill actual hours at the plan rate (from 300 PLN/h), with 24/7 monitoring, SLA and a minimum monthly commitment. For teams that need Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud on hand — but not as a full-time hire.

Is migrating a few mailboxes still "from 3,000 PLN"?

No. Repeatable deployments have their own packages. Migrating email to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace starts from 800 PLN, and the per-mailbox price drops with volume. A "fixed-fee quote" applies to large, non-standard projects (e.g. VMware migration, Kubernetes rollout).

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes — it's a call (phone or video) where we learn about your needs and infrastructure. Based on that we prepare an offer with a defined scope, timeline and price. No commitment.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No. Subscriptions are billed monthly and we do not use long notice periods. Clients stay because the service works — not because a contract keeps them.
