Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 — which to choose?
Workspace wins on simplicity, browser-based collaboration and a lower entry barrier — good for teams that live in online docs. Microsoft 365 has the edge with desktop apps (Excel, Outlook), Windows integration and more advanced security. We advise based on how you work, not for commission — and we migrate both ways.
Do you migrate from Microsoft 365 to Workspace and back?
Yes, both ways. We move mail, contacts, calendars and files (Drive ↔ OneDrive/SharePoint). If the conversation shows Microsoft is the better fit, we migrate there instead — no hard sell.
What about the domain and email during the move?
We migrate data in the background and switch the domain (MX) in an agreed window, setting SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Users lose neither mail nor access — after the cutover everything is in the new place.
Do you deploy Workspace from scratch for a new company?
Yes — we set up the organization, configure accounts, groups, permissions and security (two-step verification, policies). You get a ready environment, not a raw admin panel to figure out yourself.
