Frequently asked questions
Does an email migration mean downtime?
No. We move mailboxes in the background before switching the domain — users stay on the old mail until the last moment, and once the MX record flips they have all their mail, contacts and calendar in the new place. We migrated 60+ apps with zero downtime; email is simpler.
What do you migrate from?
From Gmail / Google Workspace, on-premise Exchange, Zimbra, IMAP hosting and other platforms. We move mail, contacts and calendars, and for SharePoint/OneDrive also files and permissions.
What about post-migration configuration — SPF, DKIM, autodiscover?
It's part of the job, not an extra. We set the DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), autodiscover and security so mail is delivered and doesn't land in spam. Without that, a "migration" ends a week later with a call from a client whose emails don't arrive.
Do you handle licensing too?
Yes — as a Microsoft partner under CSP we size the plan (Business Basic/Standard/Premium, E3/E5) and invoice in PLN, with monthly billing and no long commitments.
